Is your nutrition plan complicated to follow?
I design YOUR plan to fit your lifestyle. I write plans using meals and snacks that sit comfortably into your daily routine. If it's complicated or difficult to follow then you won't stick to it, that serves no purpose.
I have diabetes, can I still have a plan?
Most definitely! My results with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics are frequently documented on social media. Blood sugar stabilisation and an increased awareness of how to control your levels are of paramount importance.
I always fail at diets . Why is this different?
I have a saying that for weight loss, the last thing most people need is another diet ! I teach you to " ditch the diet " for good and eat in a sustainable way that provides health and wellbeing whilst giving you awesome fat loss as a cool by-product !
Will I be constantly hungry?
No! This is where most diets fail and end up worsening your relationship with food. You'll be eating frequently , hydrating well and you'll be surprised at how " in control " you actually become.
I will need a lot of support, is that a problem?
Most definitely not. My clients have access to me 7 days a week, I encourage that interaction, it gets RESULTS! We all need help, we all have questions and sometimes we just simply need some reassurance. I want to be there to enjoy your good days and help walk you through the trouble spots too.

I might need help beyond the 12 weeks. Can I sign up again?

Many clients love the accountability of having to check in with me each week. It keeps them strict and on track. I reduce the fee to reward this.
